Dark green vegetables are great for this job. They help with wrinkles and fine lines. This is because they are rich in antioxidants which fight free radical damage. They are also rich in vitamins and minerals which help with collagen production. Some foods you can consume for this is broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, spinach and kale. To get the most benefit from these veggies, eat them raw. They lose these helpful nutrients when cooked.
